Der »Christian Chaussy Award« ist ein neu geschaffener Preis der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Stosswellenlithotripsie (DGSWL) für herausragende wissenschaftliche Arbeiten. Er wird von STORZ MEDICAL durch ein Forschungsstipendium unterstützt und ist mit 2.500 Euro dotiert. Am 18. September 2019 wurde der Preis im Rahmen des 71. Kongresses der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Urologie (DGU) in Hamburg erstmalig verliehen.

The »Christian Chaussy Award« is a new award launched by the German Society for Shock Wave Lithotripsy (DGSWL) to recognise outstanding scientific work. STORZ MEDICAL supports the award with a research grant, the prize money is €2,500. It was presented for the first time during the 71st Congress of the German Society of Urology (DGU) in Hamburg, Germany, on 18 September 2019.
