## Comment Peter Alken

This thoughtful and interesting comment by non-urological Medical specialist’s (3 of 5) for pulmonary diseases !!!? refers to a paper written by 8 Urologists on a radiological topic (1) : - ).
It illustrates the problem that many systemic reviews and meta-analyses lead a life of their own, independent of the clinical problems they address. They are l'art pour l'art, of little direct practical use and, at best, lead to repetition. The fundamental problem is the diversity of the works analysed.
This will only change with a change and improvement of the primary publications.
