This is just a short report on ceftriaxone urolithiasis. This is an unusual complication that developed during treatment with this specific antibiotic. A large dose was used and the patient developed several stones some of which obviously caused bilateral ureteral obstruction. Stenting and SWL was successfully applied to solve the problem.
