Li-ESWT is a quite new and safe treatment option for men with erectile dysfunction (ED) of vascular origin. Moreover it can be used to treat patients with Peyronie`s disease (IPP) to relieve them from severe pain. Perineal ESWT is a safe therapy option for Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS) with more significant effects in comparison to pharmacological treatment.
