Regional Sales Associate, Latin America (m/f/d)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Your main responsibilities

  • Actively support, administer, and grow the existing commercial partner base
  • Conduct market research and leads generation for new partner acquisition in the territory
  • Present and demonstrate the product range to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Sales administration such as tender processes, commercial offers, order management, after-sales and logistics handling
  • Organise, prepare and participate in international, medical congresses, trade fairs and workshops
  • Support the preparation of budget and annual sales forecasts
  • Create and maintain accurate records and sales reports
  • Meet agreed sales targets

Your profile

  • Higher commercial or technical education (e.g. Bachelor or Master’s degree)
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in the field of medical equipment and in the investment goods industry is an asset
  • A balanced portfolio of abilities ranging from operation management to hands-on activities
  • Results-oriented, problem-solving, comfortable balancing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced context
  • Excellent communication and proven negotiation skills
  • Organized, structured, and a self-starter
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to attend conferences and partner meetings
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages are an asset.
