TPS is an innovative, non-invasive therapy method based on the application of focused shock waves. The device’s handpiece generates acoustic pulses, which are transmitted »transcranially«, i.e., non-invasively, through the patient’s skull into the regions typically affected by Alzheimer’s disease. This allows for a penetration depth of up to 8 centimetres.
